All Campark products come with a standard 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. We also offer an extended warranty program for customers who register their products on our official website within 30 days of purchase.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 7-15 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item in its original packaging. Please note that items must be in 'like-new' condition with all accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Are Campark action cameras and trail cameras waterproof?
Most of our action cameras are waterproof up to 30-40 meters when used with the included waterproof housing. Our trail cameras are rated IP66, meaning they are dust-tight and protected against heavy rain and harsh weather conditions.
